About Us

Cryogenic Construction, Inc is a family owned and operated business located in Mingo Jct., Ohio. The company began in 1978 with a small group of employees who specialized in the repair and installation of cryogenic piping systems. Extensive knowledge and experience with these systems would later lead to bigger opportunities that would allow the company to grow. In 1980, the company moved to 5,000 sq ft facility which allowed them to gain access to the pipe fabrication and skid mounted piping system markets.

Continued growth from the early 80s through the present has brought Cryogenic Construction to the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that it is today. The current 45,000 sq ft facility allows for the fabrication, assembly, and testing of large frame (skid) mounted piping systems. All manufacturing processes are done completely in-house including structural steel, piping fabrication, surface prep and paint, non-destructive and destructive testing, instrumentation, electrical, and insulation.

On larger projects, which require multiple modules, Cryogenic Construction, Inc is capable of “staging” the modules in their assembly facility to re-create the layout on the jobsite, and confirm final adjustments. This can create sufficient savings in terms of cost and time, once the pre-fabricated units are shipped to the field. The manufacture of turn-key multiple unit projects is where Cryogenic Construction has had the most success, and where their knowledge and experience stand above the competition.

The Cryogenic Construction, Inc staff would be pleased to consult with you on your upcoming projects. Please see the “contact us” page to request more information or to set up an appointment.
